Packsay does not require an account. No name or email address is required to use the service, unless you voluntarily contact Packsay directly, for example by emailing central@packsay.com.

What data Packsay collects

  • Basic technical data needed to operate the service.

Why Packsay collects it

  • To read the packaging and return a result.
  • Where the user has agreed, to improve accuracy.

This website loads typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). Loading a font this way causes your browser to make a request to Google's servers, which can include your IP address. Packsay does not use this to track you across sites.

The app is not directed at children under 13.

This notice, Packsay's Apple App Privacy answers, and its Google Play Data Safety answers are all intended to describe the same actual data practices. As of this draft, no App Store or Play Store listing has been published, so there is nothing yet to cross-check for inconsistency. This will be re-verified before either listing goes live.
